General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

For the business relationship between R-Print Systems GmbH (hereinafter "Provider") and the customer (hereinafter "Customer"), the following General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively in the version valid at the time of the order. Deviating conditions of the customer are not recognized unless the Provider expressly agrees to their validity in writing.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices indicated are final prices plus delivery/shipping costs. Due to the small business status according to § 19 UStG (German VAT Act), we do not charge sales tax and therefore do not display it.

4. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

5. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.
